My name is Wes Penre, and I am a writer and a researcher, researching ancient text and connecting the dots, in order to rediscover the true history of this planet and beyond. This has even forced me to deeply look into the extraterrestrial influences in history, where they come from, what their agenda might have been, and more. WesPenre.com, which from 2011 has been my main website, is diving into the details of the creation of our Universe/Multiverse; how and where life on Planet Earth started, the genetic manipulation of mankind, which made Homo sapiens sapiens come into existence, the War of the “gods” here on Earth and elsewhere in the Universe, much more on who are pulling the strings on the Global Elite, the upcoming difficulties and challenges we are meeting; and finally, how we can resolve this situation, which we can.
Important to understand is that this is my journey and everything in here is based on my research, and/or my own experiences and conclusions. Your journey may be slightly, or entirely, different from mine. I am not looking for “followers,” and I have no wish to be a “guru” or authority on any subject. Those who have read my work from earlier years (illuminati-news.com) can easily see, how my path has developed to the point where I am today. Hopefully, I will continue growing spiritually so that I am somewhere totally different in a few years from now; at a whole new level of reality.
My hope is that I can inspire you to continue your own research and journey into the future by perhaps take some of my material to heart and use as a springboard towards your own increased understanding of the Multiverse. I see myself as a teacher and a student at the same time, and I am a teacher only in the sense that I teach what I have learned and taken to heart up to the day of my last writing. Life is an infinite journey and a never-ending learning lesson.
Levels of Learning
There are five “Levels of Learning” all together on this website. By reading them in order, the reader will be able to follow my progress, as I continued my research on these topics. For these papers to make the most sense, I suggest you read them in order. Start by clicking on Site map.
There is no end to learning, and there is no one on this planet who can say that they know it all, and that there’s nothing more to learn. There is always a new level of learning regardless of where we are in the process. However, with the information you are about to take part of, you will be able to break the chains you’ve been sitting in from incarnation to incarnation, you will understand who you are and where you want to go, and you will be able to decide what you want to do with your future. Authorities, using negative control to get what they want from us, and their extraterrestrial masters, will lose their stronghold over you once you understand these levels of learning!
Once we understand the ET (extraterrestrial) influence in our lives, we will also understand how everything is connected; there is no way around it; it needs to be known. There are a lot of benevolent star beings out there, but those who are directly influencing our planet do not fall under this category, which I will show beyond any reasonable doubt. Therefore, it’s crucial that as many people as possible start looking into these subjects I’m presenting; because much of this information can’t be found anywhere else on this planet!
The Wes Penre Papers are best understood if they are read in order (but don’t necessarily need to be), and just as college or university degrees, you complete one level at the time and continue to the next; hence the “Levels of Learning.” The Wes Penre Papers build information as you progress through the papers. In reality, you are basically reading my own research as it evolves. Therefore, a higher level of learning may correct some errors in the previous hypotheses and conclusions I had come to on a previous level. In the end, it all concludes, however. This is the reason why it is best to read the papers in an approximate order.
If you are totally unfamiliar with the “Illuminati” and the Powers That Be, I strongly advise you to begin by reading the paper called, “Introductory Paper: Basic Information on the Global Elite a.k.a. “The Shadow Government”” before you start reading “The First Level of Learning”. Otherwise, it may be quite difficult to grasp the concepts that I am trying to explain.

My name is Samuel N Fisher and I’m a former ghostwriter (specialising in Memoirs and autobiographies), now in early retirement from that and writing under my own name and I’ve also been an alternative researcher for 33 years. I’ve recently taken a renewed interest in our distant past, triggered by the war in Ukraine and some things I’d previously looked into and got sidetracked by something else (I’m sure you know what that’s like? Hahaha!)
Anyway, doing this has opened up an ever cascading, bag of worms that has only intensified and led me to, what I feel could very well be one of, if not the earliest civilisations to have existed and better still, they were astonishingly advanced. Even better than that, I can prove it too.
The Anunaki, of Sumerian myth, weren’t Aliens, despite what the Sumerian people may or may not have said?
Personally, I believe that Sitchin may’ve fabricated their alien back story in order to sell more books? The Anunaki were in reality humans, an ancient race of humans who were more advanced than we are now and were known as the Aratta.
The consensus of opinion, that Aratta was in Iran, the Jiroft being stated to be them, is unbelievably wrong. For a start the Jiroft culture were far to young to have been the Aratta.
The actual location isn’t far from there however, but I’m going to remain tight lipped here and keep it a surprise, as I was hoping we could have a little chat, to compare notes so to speak? There’s certain pieces I’m missing, with regards to the Arattan civilisations ancestors and their origins. I feel that there’s an aspect I’m not seeing, with regards to how far I can trace their journey on their way to, what would be their home before they established the Aratta.
This is the same culture, that adopted different names, as they migrated following several disasters that forced them to move.
This is something that I believe you could help me with a great deal and likewise, I you, with your own research. I think you’ll be extremely interested in what I’ve discovered?

There are things in our universe we will never understand, some want to hide behind what they are told exists and live their lives out “Following the American Dream”, which is ok I’m not “Knocking” people who don’t want to learn, but in my opinion, just by reading this “Thesis statement”, I would like to read on and know more.
If you live your lives by following the followers and not asking questions, what type of life is that?
I think that most ppl just live to work to make money & spend it as consumers in everything, period. I don’t believe, unless they’re religious, they think about the meaning of life, & that when they do they’re usually limited by their religion. I believe in being open-minded in search of the whole truth, whatever that may be, regardless of where that takes me.

They work but they don’t get any money. They’re just slaves working to transform their own time/energy into money … So ”usual suspecs” can get slaves’money through taxes. That’s the way, when you work for someone you just transform your own time/energy into money. As ”Usual Suspects” can’t get your time/energy … they let you loose your life by working as a slave … they let you generate money … then they get your money … Why you don’t stop to work and start to get their money through social allocations. It could serve your interest and by this wy you could also serve other people interests. I prefer to get money from their banks than being a slave who work to pay taxes. The solution is so simple : 1/ STOP TO WORK 2/ STOP TO PAY TAXES 3/ STOP ELECTING POLTICIANS

First i saw those flying objects when I was 8 years old when we we’re playing outside with my cousins and friends it flew so fast * like a three dots in the sky )from thousand feet above with unbelievable speed and stop at least 50 feet above us…We’re all in awe and shocked …until now I’m still asking a question who are they?.. I did activism on every issue not LGBTQ, every level of gov’t & international too.
I went to an activist conference, rally, demonstration, March, regular orgs meetings & a steering committee mtg.
My activism was with liberals on economic issues & conservatives on social issues.
It’s nice to find another activist. I had different types of politicals & their politics as online & offline friends, as we got past our political work if we dealt with each other enough.
